Allen Miller, P.E.
Senior Analyst

Allen has a B.S.M.E. from North Dakota State University and a M.E. of Aerospace and Mechanical Engineering from University of Virginia. During his career, he has accumulated 6 years in nuclear design experience, 10 years consulting experience with ASME Section VIII and B31.3 and 22 years of structural design experience. Allen maintains a P.E. license in the State of North Carolina.


Isabelle Gascon, P.E.
Structural Engineer

Isabelle has a B.S.C.E. from the University of Sherbrooke in Quebec, Canada. Isabelle speaks fluent French and English and has worked as a translator and coordinator for international nuclear projects with design centers in France and the USA. She is well versed in both Canadian and US codes and has experience with the specification and implementation of QA/QC and ISO 9001 procedures. Isabelle maintains a P.E. license in the province of Quebec, Canada.


Timothy Roach
Design Engineer & Program Manager

Tim has a B.S.M.E. from Old Dominion University in Virginia. Tim has 6 years industry experience in designing and analyzing gaskets and sealing systems. He has design experience in robotics and remote tooling and steam generator tooling.


Steven Reid, P.E.
Senior Sales Engineer (with partner company for duct-related design)

Steve has a B.S.E. and MBA Studies from the University of Alabama in Birmingham. Steve was an Application Engineer for Zurn Air Systems in Birmingham, Alabama from 1978 to 1981. From 1981 to 2001, he was President of Warren Environment in Atlanta, Georgia. Steve’s areas of expertise are in fluid flow, heat transfer, vibration and acoustics. Steve maintains P.E. licenses in the following states: Alabama, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Jersey, Ohio, Texas and Wisconsin.


Charles Reid, P.E.
Senior Project Engineer (with partner company for duct-related design)

Chuck has a B.S.M.E. and M.S.C.E from Auburn University in Alabama. Chuck has fourteen years of experience as a Project and Structural Consulting Engineer. Eight of those years have been in the field of industrial exhaust systems. In addition, Chuck has taught Statics and Structures as an Adjunct Professor in the School of Engineering Technology at the University of Southern Mississippi. Charles maintains P.E. licenses in Alabama and Mississippi.


Gene Lockaby, P.E.
Senior Sales Engineer (with partner company for duct-related design)

Gene has a B.S.E.E. from North Carolina State University. Gene has more than 35 years experience in the application of boiler, air pollution control, and stack and duct systems in the power and process industries. Gene maintains a P.E. license in the State of North Carolina.
